  • John Torpy

After battling cancer our Power Wagon friend and family member John Torpy has passed away, He didn't know an enemy, always had a smile and a soda. His love of the Dairy Bar is something I will always think of and smile. He spent many years driving his beloved WDX From Chicago to Fairfield for the annual Rally. At times pulling an airstream trailer.

John you will be missed by so many, so lets go get some ice cream, take our trucks for a drive and think fondly of a dear friend.

Lets keep his family in our thoughts...

    Ed

For those interested there will be a Visitation Friday February 3rd 3-9pm at Curley Funeral Home Heeney-Laughlin Directors 6116 W. 111th St. Chicago Ridge IL 60415. Family and friends will meet at Christ the King Church 9235 S. Hamilton Ave. Chicago IL 60643 on Saturday February 4th for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am. Private Interment.

I think a memorial cruise in GUS tomorrow is a great idea. Thanks for keeping us in the loop, Matt
