  • Disc Brake reftrofit kits for M37 and Power Wagon

We now have a new stock of disc brake kits on hand. These are designed to fit Dodge M37 and civilian Power Wagons. They work as a 4 wheel disc system or can be installed on the front axle only. Will work with the single circuit fluid system as original, a dual circuit system, or a fully power boosted 2 or 4 wheel system.

I am tying up loose ends currently in order to figure out the final cost, as soon as that is complete (in the next few days), I'll post current cost information here.

If you have interest, or questions concerning disc brakes, how the system works, information about installing the system, the quality of the components, our methods of manufacture, etc. Please feel free to call us at 704-474-4683, ask for Charles; or email us at mseriesrebuild@windstream.net I'm happy to discuss this with you.

Current cost of M37 and Power Wagon disc brake kit

Turned out it has taken more than a few days to go through everything and everybody that was involved with this to get a final cost together. We've had to consider the cost of all the bending dies and other tooling that had to be built in order to produce these; plus we've realized the fact that it will be impossible for us to offer kits at a cost that would produce a profit out of this first run. We simply have too much invested; so maybe we might see some profit as far out as the 3rd parts run. We have used the highest quality materials, and machining technology. Everything is 100% made and assembled in the USA.

The current cost for 1 axle disc kit is $785 plus shipping.

      1 axle kit includes:

2 hubs; completely rebuilt. These are guaranteed to run true, and have new bearing cups already installed. Rotor mounting flanges are welded in place and are precision machined on CNC equipment. **2 core hubs are REQUIRED in exchange** Cores must be shipped to us in advance of kits being shipped out. We will inspect all cores to determine whether they are rebuildable; if there is a problem with a core hub that renders it unusable, we will contact you with details.

1 left and 1 right caliper bracket.

2 rim spacer plates for precise and original wheel spacing.

      16 rotor mounting bolts

10 caliper bracket mounting bolts, washers, etc. All fastener hardware is grade 8 quality.

All other necessary components are available from local auto parts outlets. Parts numbers from the NAPA higher quality brake parts line are listed in the installation manual so you can easily source the best quality, correct components to complete your installation.

We can supply a kit that includes every piece you will need at extra cost; however you will realize some significant cost savings if you source these items locally because of the shipping cost of heavier items such as rotors.

We are happy to discuss any details with you; phone 704-474-4683, or email mseriesrebuild@windstream.net
