2001 360 rebuild questions

I am in the proceses of rebuilding a 2001 360, I have it taken apart down to the block. I am having new cam bearings put in very soon, have a new double row timing chain set. I am getting all new crank and rod bearings, new piston rings, lifters, springs. I want to put a good torque cam in, I want good torque when I pull my camper. I was told that I will have to have my computer reprogramed for the new cam, How do I have that done? Where do I have that done?
