  • 1948 Dodge Power Wagon Chassis & Drivetrain

I have a 1948 rolling chassis that is in great shape and willing to sell with or without the drive train. The engine runs without making smoke. Original axles, Budd wheels. Tires hold air, however the fronts are not original and the rear are showing cracks. It includes the steering box, column, and steering wheel. The steering wheel is cracked.

Not included - winch, running board brackets, cab perches, fender brackets, horn. I will post a picture of the items once I get everything off that I need to prevent any confusion of what is being sold.

If there is a particular item that you are looking for in the basic description above please Email with reasonable offers.

Items that are loose but are included. If you need any better photos please email me. Missing to lug nuts, fuel lines are not run, leak in brake system, and at the base of the steering column the outer casing is torn (pictured above) are known defects.

Todd, what kind of a price are you looking at? A ton of really good parts there or for someone needing a frame.

Selling all of the items for $2750 or make a reasonable offer. Also willing to sell it for lot less if they rebuild my Braden winch to prevent me from damaging it myself.

                Is the frame number legible?

I have not been able to find the frame number although I was told it is located by the passengers front wheel. With how good the frame is I am surprised I could not find it but I may not have looked in the correct spot.
