    Sorry to mislead you on the headlight rings. A lot of stuff was changing on the pre-war Dodge trucks. I thought the headlight rings changed earlier than that.

    Greg, they very well may be original to the truck. Probably not as hard to find as a chrome windshield frame, but rare enough to hang onto.

      No problem, no harm done. I found some nice clamp on stainless rings at DCM that I'm going to order
