  • one piece windshield?

my windshield frame is pretty shot so I was curious if any one has seen or heard of a company that makes one piece windshield for the wdx

Don't know of a company off hand but I have seen a truck or two with no center divider. Not exactly sure how they accomplished it.
One other thought tho is I would think you would still need a frame around the outside. If not I don't know how you would attach it to the cab. I don't think sticking one on like a modern vehicle would work or look all that well.

DCM classics has a few pics on their site with windshields like you are wanting. Might try asking them how its done. https://dcmclassics.com
Their blackout truck looks like what you might be looking to do.

thanks just talked to them and the glass is still a 2 piece glass just doesn't have the center divider , however talking with the guy he said they are working on a prototype windshield frame and may be ready for production in January .

I think ill probably stick with the windshield frame unless I can find a true one piece , not a fan of clear silicone down the center of the 2 pieces

        windshield

I noticed an OEM windshield for sale on E-bay this morning. Don't see them for sale very often.

Clean fingernails, free weekends, intact knuckles and financial stability are totally overrated.
