Well, I am never going to get started on this truck, and, I have my eye on another one. So, this very solid and straight 1970 PW is for sale.
Truck is a factory 383 big block /4 spd trans. model. Has the long/wide bed. There is no rust or rot in any of the usual places. Solid cab mounts, floors, cowl, hood, steps, rockers fenders.. Only has one small rust hole above right side drip rail on top of cab.
Doors had small rust spots starting. I had them cut out, metal welded in, and rust killer applied to inside of doors at the bottoms.
This truck runs and drives great, and everything works as it should. Front edge of front fenders have been slightly trimmed. I have two perfect replacement fenders I will throw in if you want them. All gauges work, all lights work, interior nice.
Has two saddle tanks not cutrrently hooked up. Previus owner never used them either. They look solid but need fuel lines and switchover installed.
I also have a brand new custom made rubber floor mat for this truck ,that is not yet installed. I wanted to show how solid the floors are.
Truck should pass any state safety inspection and probably could be driven anyhere just as it sits now.
