I'm looking for a 70's crew cab. If need be an 80's. It doesn't have to be 4x4. Any engine, trans, and rears.
Must have a good rust free frame and good/fair rear doors, and floor supports. Anything else I have or can fix.
Thanks
Tony

Where are you located? Are you searching for a running crew-cab or a donor truck? Most of the crew-cabs I run across are 84-85 2WD SRW long beds, all are 360 as that was standard fare in the 1-ton. Most are autos. 99.9% are white. Must be a fleet vehicle thang!

It doesn't matter if it runs or not. I need a good frame, rear doors, and floor supports. anything else doesn't matter I have all the rest of the parts to fix/replace. If it's not running not a problem, I can get it running. Missing parts not a problem I have them. 2wd/4x4 doesn't matter. I need a good title along with the things I listed above. We are looking for a "family truckster" to haul 3 kids, my wife and I, and be able to pull a trailer.
SRW fleet works for me. What kind of price are we talking?
I'm in Central PA (Lancaster Co.)
Thanks
Tony

What kind of money are you looking to spend?
How far to travel to get one?
Reason being, there is an 80's crewcab about 2 miles from me and I can swing by and see what they are asking...

It all depends on the trucks condition. I'm looking for a fixer for around $1000 max. But if it's really nice you know........ :-)
Thanks

glad you found one! The one near me asking price was $1,250.00 for a 2 wheel.
Didn't walk around it or get too close to see what shape the body is really in.
But, now I don't have to...

Thank you for looking Pieter.
The one I found is a 77, 4x4, 440, 727, needs floors but comes with the pans, other than that it's surface rust and dents.
$1000 :-)

Yes it is a deal.
I had a deal with the same truck but the guy I'm getting it from bought it 2 days prior to my deal thought the original owners boss, the boss didn't tell the owner, so the deal fell through BUT now it's on again and I'm happy.
