Does anyone know what a KNOX is? Looks like a short bed civilian Power Wagon built by International Harvester. KNOX is on the tail gate.

What vintage? I have recently run across a WW2 International 4X4 that looks like the Dodge of that era but the cab looked funny so I investigated and found its a IH. Would be kinda cool to have because its one of a kind but it is rough and missing lots. No bed or name plates. The owner told me its an IH.

P.S. Could get a pic if you need it.

Yes the cab on the KNOX does look a little different, taller and rounder. The one I found is complete and in good shape, there is a little rust on the left door. This thing has what looks like a six foot bed in good shape. Someone has converted it to 12v. The only tag I could find is on the firewall and all I could read was International Harvester, needs to be cleaned off. The owner says it ran maybe a year ago. There is no title for it. It is now painted O.D. but was yellow at one time, looks like O.D. under the yellow. I'll post pic's when I get them downloaded. I may be bringing whatever it is home, but don't know if I'll keep it, but I think someone needs to save it.

I went to this place today and took some pics. The owner said its a M-2-4 built during the war (year unknown). He has a bunch of PWs and around 20 Sweptlines, mostly 2WD. Anyways heres some pics.

Thanks for the pics.
I have one just like that, in about the same condition and never knew what it was. (I knew it was an International). It was given to me. It has combat rims which I wanted for my Power Wagon, but they turned out to be rusted out. Anyone know what they were used for? Is there an International M-2-4 forum around?

I did a search for Internatonal M-2-4 and came up with several pictures, but they were all open cabs. They were the same from the firewall forward though.
