Be sure to use a good, working e-mail address that you check frequently. The first reason is that you can't successfully register if you don't provide a working e-mail address. Second, you can't receive e-mail notification of posts to your threads if you have no e-mail address.
Any registration that does not have a working e-mail address is deleted after a period of time sufficient to allow the user to correct the address.
