Wanted: 41 WC open cab frame

I'm looking for a decent frame to start the rebuild of the next project. I have a closed cab WC 12 with a correct 1/2 ton winch grafted on. The problem lies in that the cross members are rotted out near the frame rails, (though the main frame rails appears solid). This is the result of 30 years as a salt truck in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
I am planning a few modernizations, but also want to keep the stock appearance.

I might have what you want, but I am in Amarillo Texas. I have a 1/2 ton frame, but I am not sure what it is. If you are serious about it i could drive out there and try to get some dimensions and the number off the frame.
