Putting a 5.9tdi and getrag 5 speed in my 72.Everything is very straight forward but how to rig the juice clutch linkage in the old mechanical clutch linkage cab?

Hi Ross, and welcome! Seems like you might be able to use the hydro clutch master and pedal linkage/pushrod out of a '68 Dodge truck? Some of the bigger trucks used a hydro clutch later than that.

Almost any Master/slave combination will work if it has the correct bores in each to give the correct hydraulic advantage to disengage clutch. Cummins pressure plate/clutch are real beefy on clamping pressures. Many aftermarket master assemblies out there for street rods that could be adapted. I ran a NV4500 and Cummins in a '67 D-100 and was able to use stock master and slave. Drilled trans case and mounted '67 slave to side of it, then fabricated a pushrod for bellhousing clutch lever out of a grade 8 bolt. Works fine.
