If you have highly restrictive settings on your e-mail account to block spam, chances are good that you won't get the required registration confirmation e-mail. If you don't get it, you can't register, and you can't post on these forums.
You need to suspend your blocking or change the setting to accept all mail, until you get the confirmation mail. You can then choose to accept mail from that address, so that your forum privileges all work properly.
