Some people registering are not receiving their mail because their mail accounts are full. I can't send them a note to let them know, because they can't receive mail.
Registrations not completed after a week or so will be deleted. Keep your mail accounts in working order..... that includes making sure your mailbox is not full, preventing your ISP from accepting any more mail.
I have a registrant right now that I believe has that problem and there is no way to reach him. All mail is rejected from his account, and yet he wrote to me from it, asking why he could not complete the process.
