I replaced everything in the ignition system. And I told you about the leather I cut to replace the fiber isolators I destroyed on the post that goes through the distrubuter. Well, that never worked either, so I scavenged another dist. out of a core 230 and put all the new parts in it and installed it it the truck. Same problem, had spark, had gas, had air....
Anyway, I pulled the dist out a bit and flipped it 180 deg. out, and the thing fired right up! Purrs like a kitten.

Sometimes you cant see the forest because your standing to close to the trees I guess.

I wonder how it jumped 180 degrees fro the time you picked it up until you unloaded it...

Was the distributor bolt missing? Anyway, good to hear you got it under control!
