What do you guys do when the four wheel drive binds up from lack of slippage? There are a lot of times I would like to use the speed of 4 Low but don't need 4WD so it gets engaged whether I need it or not. I was out this weekend and we went thru a lot of steep hills but it was dry and the wheels did not slip, so next thing I know, I'm fighting the steering wheel and could not reverse far enough to get the four wheel lever to move forward into 2WD. We got back into camp at 2 am so the next morning, I jacked up the front right wheel and it spun about 1/8 of a turn, which took the pressure off the drive train and allowed the lever to move. I'm worried that it's possible to break something in the driveline or is this just an inconvenience?
