I am on the search for a '70's - '80's Dodge chassised mini-pumper. Had a lead on one but the guy insisted on turning it in to a dump truck :(. Alot of departments are getting rid of them or already have. If you have or know of one please let me know. Thanks.

That is definitely the style that were looking for. We missed out on two this year in department bids that were getting rid of them ( probably dump trucks by now) One was from the sausage capital Johnsonville, Wi. What size pump does yours have on it and who done the pump body??

Thanks for the info on the truck, looks as though it has a 250 gpm pump. So I guess the real question is what are you looking to get for her? I don't know if you can get me email or my info so here's my email: luckyblueyes@msn.com.
Thanks again.

West coast wild fires pushing prices up? I guess if your mountain top mansion is in danger of burning down, you could pump the water from your swimming pool. maybe a bunch of neighbors are chipping in.

Your not asking a bad price for yours, just my dad doesn't want to spend quite that much on one. Those in Cal. I don't know what there thinking if it was just that easy to contain a forest fire it wouldn't take fireman a week or more to just contain one. Then they would need more than just 250 gpm. But I will keep yours on the list, there are two more up for bid this month. You going to put yours up on there with the bidding hot like that?

I'm guessing that not everybody is going to win, so somone will still be looking for a fire truck. at those prices I'll drive it to their front door.
