I have a 2001 D1500, there's a growl in the frt. When I turn evem slightly to the right it ceases. Whel bearing?

That would be my guess. When you turn left, does the growl stop? get worse? The tricky part is knowing which side is the bad side. You might be able to tell if you let someone drive while you sit in the passenger seat.

All is mute, if you plan on fixing both sides at once though.
