WD Cab to a Late model 3/4 ton chassie

Has anyone tried to mount a WD body on say a 1990's model 3/4 or 1 ton chassis? I would like to have something distinctive to haul my PW and M37 with, but at more than 45MPH! Is the body too small for a modern 3/4 ton chassis???

You could always swap a Power Wagon front clip on. That should fit. I think the wheel width is the only :-) thing you need to deal w/ Look at John Eikhof's pictures of the Idaho trail ride on a recent Power Wagon Forum post. The shiney red truck is on a modern chassis if it's the same one that was in Hollister a couple of years ago. Kurt
