Rt. 34 Resurfacing Town of Fairfield, IA.

They are resurfacing Rt. 34 through town. I was asked to forewarn you that if your coming in from the east you will bypass a lot of dust from the resurfacing if you get off at exit 212 and come into town from Rt 1. Rt. 34 from VPW to the Fairgrounds has been completely resurfaced already. I have not been out to the west of town to see how that side looks but I do know the bridge 1/2 mile west of the Brookville/RT. 34 intersection is closed so you may have to come in by way of RT. 34 exit 212 also.

From the North? No. You can't get there that way. What you need to do if coming from the North is to drive straight through town, turn around, and come back in from the South. Then, you can get to the Best Western.....
